Accessibility settings

Use these settings to make the game easier to read, see and control. Changes apply immediately, with no need to save.

How the game looks and reads

Text size

How large the game's text appears.

Font

Game style uses the decorative game font; plain readable uses a plainer, easier-to-read font.

Theme

Game style keeps the normal game colours; the high contrast options use stronger colour separation between text and background.

Motion

Follow system matches your device setting; Reduced minimises movement such as dice rolls; Full means all animation.

Whether dice are thrown with a 3D animation or resolved instantly.

Automatic announcements

How much the game announces automatically as you play: Brief gives short updates; Detailed adds what changed and what to do next (it never reads whole scenes); Off stops new automatic announcements. The story, labels and review controls stay available either way, and Off cannot stop speech your screen reader has already started.

Control size

Comfortable is the normal size; Extra large makes buttons and controls larger and easier to hit.

Reading position

Keep my place holds the page at where you were reading; Follow latest scrolls to the newest content as it arrives.

Single keys that move focus to parts of the game screen. They only work while focus is in the game area and never while you are typing. They only move focus — they never attack, roll dice or submit anything. If you use a screen reader, these keys may overlap its browse-mode commands; leave them off unless they work with your setup.

The low-strain preset turns on reduced motion, turns off the 3D dice animation, sets control size to extra large, and keeps your reading position. It changes those four settings only — nothing else is adjusted.

Resetting only affects the accessibility settings above — it does not touch your audio, music or narration settings.
