These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Chronicles of Terros, including the website, game application, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”), (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in England.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Chronicles of Terros includes hardcoded content safeguards for players under 18. These safeguards are applied automatically based on the date of birth provided during account creation and cannot be bypassed. They include:
Players aged 18 and over receive the full, unfiltered narrative experience. All players, regardless of age, are protected by baseline content filters that prevent the AI from generating illegal content, hate speech, or real-world extremism.
Note for parents and guardians: These safeguards are enforced at the code level, not by AI moderation alone. The AI cannot override them. However, Chronicles of Terros is a fantasy role-playing game that includes themes of combat, moral dilemma, and consequence even with safeguards active. We recommend parental awareness for players under 16.
To access the game, you must create an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.
Chronicles of Terros is a single-player, AI-driven role-playing game based on the D&D 5e System Reference Document. The Service includes:
New accounts receive five free episodes with no credit card required. Free episodes provide access to the full game experience with no feature restrictions.
The base game is a one-time purchase of £29, granting access to seventy-two episodes across twelve story arcs. This is not a subscription — no recurring charges apply to the base game.
The Wanderer’s Pass is an optional monthly subscription at £6/month, providing enhanced features including longer episodes, voice narration, Ironsworn difficulty mode, and additional campaign slots. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Chronicle Books are optional printed or digital compilations of your completed campaign, available for purchase after your campaign ends. Prices vary by format.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include applicable VAT.
You are responsible for any taxes or charges imposed by your jurisdiction beyond those collected by us.
These refund terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital content where applicable.
